This 10-day Morocco tour starting from Casablanca is a journey through the country’s most iconic cities, historic landmarks, and breathtaking landscapes. Starting in Casablanca and ending in Marrakech, the trip blends culture, history, and adventure for a complete Moroccan experience.
The tour begins in Casablanca, where travelers can explore the stunning Hassan II Mosque before heading to Rabat, Morocco’s capital. From there, the road winds through the Rif Mountains to reach Chefchaouen, the famous “Blue Pearl” with its charming blue-painted streets.
History lovers will enjoy visiting the Roman ruins of Volubilis and the imperial city of Meknes before continuing to Fes, the country’s cultural heart. In Fes, highlights include the medieval medina, traditional tanneries, and the world’s oldest university.
The journey then shifts toward nature, passing through the Middle Atlas Mountains, the cedar forests of Azrou, and the scenic Ziz Valley before arriving at Merzouga on the edge of the Sahara Desert. Here, guests can ride camels, stay in desert camps, and watch unforgettable sunsets over the dunes. A full day in Merzouga allows time to visit Berber families, enjoy traditional music, and explore the unique Black Desert.
From the desert, the route continues through Rissani’s lively market, the dramatic Todra Gorges, and the beautiful Dades Valley. The road then leads to Ouarzazate, known as the “Hollywood of Africa,” and the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Aït Ben Haddou, a fortress village used as a backdrop in many films. Crossing the High Atlas Mountains, the tour finally reaches Marrakech.
The last full day is dedicated to exploring Marrakech’s highlights, including the Koutoubia Mosque, Bahia Palace, Saadian Tombs, Majorelle Gardens, and the bustling Jemaa el-Fnaa square. The adventure ends with a transfer to the airport on the last day.
