The 3-day desert tour from Marrakech to Fes is a short trip with two overnight stays—one in Dades and one in the desert. On the first day, you’ll travel through the Atlas Mountains, visit the Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, explore Ouarzazate (known as the Hollywood of Africa), and then continue to Dades via Skoura and the Roses Valley.
On the second day, you will see the Todra Gorges and visit Berber villages before going south to the desert. When you arrive in Merzouga, you will ride a camel and spend the night in a desert camp.
On the third day, you will wake up early to watch the sunrise, have breakfast, take a shower, and then start the day toward Fes. On the way, you will pass through Medilt, Azrou (Cedar Forest), and Ifrane.
We offer both small-group and private tour options. The group tour includes standard accommodation, while the private tour offers three upgrade choices for your hotel and desert camp—standard, mid-range, or luxury.

We will stop to enjoy the impressive landscapes, the panoramic views of the Atlas, the Berber villages, and break for coffee or tea. We will continue our journey to visit the Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou, which used to film many famous Hollywood movies, such as Gladiator, Mummy, Game of Thrones, etc. It was also one of the important fortress strongholds on the old Salt Road, where the caravans brought slaves, gold, ivory, salt, and silk from sub-Saharan. After the Kasbah, we'll pass through Ouarzazate city, or what we call the gate of the desert and, then we will continue the journey to Dades Valley through Skoura, Mgouna Valley (Roses Valley), and different Berber villages along the way. We will spend the night in Dades.

We will pass through the Saharian Oasis of Rissani. Depending on the arrival, you will have some time to relax, or you will start the camel trek right away to spend the night in the desert in a Berber camp. The camel trek starts around 17:00 - 18:00 in the summer and around 15:00 – 16:00 in the winter. After about an hour in the dunes, you will reach the desert camp, where you will enjoy the sights of the Sahara dunes and the sunset.
